ABOUT ME
I'm Daniel Blanco,
a professional photographer based in Marbella
A PASSION TURNED INTO A PROFESSION
I’ve been behind a camera for more than 20 years
Photography has been part of my life for more than 20 years and, over time, that passion also became my profession.
I started taking photographs as a hobby, gradually discovering everything a camera could tell. Over the years, I learned, experimented and found my own way of doing things, eventually turning that passion into my profession.
And although photography is now my profession, one thing hasn’t changed: I still enjoy going out with a camera, looking for special light, discovering new places or waiting for that moment that gives an image something different.

Looking before photographing
Photography began for me long before it became my profession.
I’ve carried a camera with me since I was a teenager and, over the years, it has also become a way of seeing and understanding what is in front of me.
I like to observe, find the light, wait for the right moment and carefully compose the frame. Perhaps that’s why nature and the mountains are still such an important part of my life.
It is also where I continue to learn, experiment and nurture that way of seeing, which I then bring to my professional work.
SOME RECOGNITIONS
Over the years, some of my photographs have also received recognition, particularly in the fields of nature and landscape photography.
